Job Description

Responsible for providing technical support related to Company's software and hardware solutions in a professional and courteous manner. Responds to end user queries/issues, runs diagnostic programs, isolate problems and implements solutions. Some onsite support as needed.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Become an expert in all Talis product solutions from a user perspective in order to help diagnose and resolve client issues.
  • Effectively communicate with Clinicians and Clinical Engineering to facilitate resolutions of their needs.
  • Tracking and documenting calls and escalating them appropriately
  • Facilitate client training on site for biomedical engineers and clinicians
  • Ability to troubleshooting using Microsoft Management Studio
  • Develop training materials for end users including FAQ's, training manuals, and tutorials
  • Identify opportunities of improving the product based on direct communication with our clients

Required Skills

  • Strong computer, application and network troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to respond effectively to all ranges of end user knowledge levels.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and assignments based on established SLA's.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Must be willing to travel 25%
  • Experience in a health care environment strongly preferred
  • Be on-call 24/7 for one week each month


Associates Degree in IT or Clinical Engineering required

Bachelor's degree preferred
