Job Description

Talan Products, a growing and dynamic ISO certified metal stamping company specializing in high speed long run stampings, has a first shift position available for a detail and goal oriented self-starter to assist the Plant Manager with supervising and coordinating the daily production activities of production staff.

In addition, you will assist with staffing, training, lean initiatives, and performance evaluations. You will also work with staff on press set up and adjustments of presses and other production machinery and may operate presses and assist with production when necessary. Requirements include five years plus experience in a stamping plant with set up and operation of progressive presses, minimum of two years of supervisory experience, tow-motor/lift truck experience, experience using MS Word and Excel, and excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
