Job Description

Chief Designer - Brake Systems

    • Lead development of EBS to conform to standard regulations & engineering principles
    • Provide technical solutions to improve performance of existing systems
    • Conduct concept of design and control strategy for EBS
    • Guide and manage a team of engineers for testing & calibration
    • Create & review documents to build control model
    • Provide internal/external technical support
    • Interact w/customers for collect & interpret product requirements
    • Create & or review/design brake standards & regulations for brake system


    • BS & MS in engineering or related field
    • 7 plus years of related experience
    • Strong fundamentals of vehicle engineering
    • Proven history of leading the development of EBS
    • Critical thinking & exceptional problem solving skills
    • Excellent communication skills & ability to work independently & on a diverse team
    • Proactive, highly resourceful, motivated to achieve multiple project successes within defined schedules
    • Travel as necessary to support projects & customers
