Job Description

This position will serve as the key liaison between department heads, software platforms, and the end users.

The Business Systems Analyst will be able to absorb a vision from a manager, define the appropriate technology components, and cascade it among employees. The BSA will have familiarity with ERP software platforms. This position is also responsible for providing technical support and training to departments.

Duties and responsibilities

    • Develop and perform support for Infor Syteline (ERP), Microsoft SharePoint Server 2016, and custom applications
    • Administer SQL Server Databases
    • Reporting Services (SSRS) and Cyberquery (Business Intelligence)
    • Contributes to improvements and enhancements for mission-critical, enterprise-wide information systems
    • Project tracking
    • Liaison between functional and technical resources
    • Workflow analysis

Job Requirements

    • 4 year degree in a related field
    • 2-5 years of experience working with systems and technology -
    • Experience working with ERP software platforms
    • Organized with good follow through
    • Ability to - communicate effectively
    • Negotiation and decision making skills
    • Positive demeanor with ambition to solve problems
    • Critical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment
    • Highly skilled team player who enjoys and recognizes the success of others
    • Person who finds impact and purpose in the day-to-day responsibilities, as they contribute to the big picture'
    • Passionate about teaching others and sharing knowledge
    • Strong technical knowledge
