Job Description

In this role you'll lead product development projects from formulation through scale up and start up. And you'll support an extended cross functional team on initiatives to ensure speed to market. Acting as R&D point person for the manufacturing plant -- you'll assist plant operations with troubleshooting, design and/or product quality related issues. Liase with Operations, Center R&D, US Business Units, equipment vendors, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and Marketing on an as needed basis, to drive effective results. Co-ordinate and liaise with all related technical experts and US category scientists to understand technologies and applications. Of course, you'll manage timelines, provide clear and timely communication, raise issues and risks, and develop contingency plans leveraging your strong project management skills.

Requires 3-5 years of experience as a Food Scientist with your crucial experience in "concept through commercialization". A BS degree in Food Science required
