Job Description

The Office Coordinator IV is responsible for supporting multiple academic programs in the Department of Teaching & Leadership by facilitating applications in progress, recruitment, applicant and student communications, appropriate organization/paperwork processing, and ongoing student degree support. They will track and query same using University systems and departmental databases. This role will support the Sr. Assistant Dean and Assistant Director of Graduate Admissions and Recruitment and the School of education Marketing & Communications staff by developing recruiting materials, scholarship announcements, as well as managing weekly program inquiries, assisting in the development of graduate admissions campaigns, and updating websites with graduate program updates, faculty research highlights, and events of interest.
