Job Description

* Must be currently pursuing a bachelor's in human resources or business administration
* Sophomore or more level of college completed
* Ability to work 20 or more hours a week depending on workload
* Must have attention to detail and a desire to learn
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Must have strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
* Must have the ability to work independently and within a team atmosphere

SRC, Inc. is currently seeking an intern for our human resources (HR) department. The intern will be working with seasoned HR professionals to help support organizational development and various projects/ tasks for the HR department. This will be a part time internship throughout the summer of 2019.

Responsibilities

* Provide clerical and administrative support
* Handle various training tasks including scheduling and organizing trainings
* Review and make recommendations for enhancements to training presentations
* Review/update electronic employee files
* Support with employee onboarding
* Assist in a paperless HR process
* Assist in HR projects
* Assist with general HR office duties (scanning, filing etc.) and other duties as assigned
