Lead parts department operations at Small and Medium terminal locations.
  1. Leads terminal parts operations, including hiring, salary administration and developmental needs
  2. Issues purchase orders and purchases parts for terminal at the best possible price and value; negotiates parts and material prices with vendors
  3. Stocks, issues, processes and inputs data related to POs and invoices
  4. Ensures repair orders are complete and accurate (inside and outside)
  5. Maintains maintenance shop records, tire count and department statistics; maintains files for invoices and contracts
  6. Handles department shipping and receiving
  7. Handles OS&D delivered to outside terminal locations

 

Skills Computer keyboarding, 10-key, office record keeping skills 

Education High school diploma or GED 

Experience -   Three (3) years experience in parts or inventory control, Six (6) months leadership experience. 

Potential Alternate Locations:  

Job Type:  Full -Time Regular 

Shift:  7:00 AM to 4:00 PM 

Schedule:  Monday - Friday
