Job Description

Position Summary:

The vision for this role is to help to establish world-class eCommerce tools and practices and understand business problems and opportunities and recommend solutions to improve the customer journey for Swagelok.com eCommerce and punch out customers. The main focus of the role will be leading the development of a Product Information Management system to support our strategic roadmap. The position holder will do this by leveraging his/her strong understanding of ecommerce technologies and trends, listening to customer feedback, benchmarking against other B2B leading sites, understanding stakeholder priorities, addressing un-met customer needs, and seizing market opportunities to define exceptional online solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with leadership in multiple functions and key stakeholders to develop the vision for product information management and the tie in to future punchout and eCommerce strategies
* Leverage knowledge of data, systems and workflows to develop data-driven solutions to business needs
* Provide leadership, coordination and hands-on assistance to data contributors across departments
* Advise Product Management to enhance website navigation and catalog structure to ensure products are logically organized and easily found.
* Partner with B2B IS teams on effective tie-in to punch out solutions with online strategies.
* Manage user access and training to systems, add and revoke access and permissions
* Perform data-related activities such as auditing, editing, reviewing, approving, organizing, structuring, defining and loading.
* Work with external communications and product managers to develop top-level content strategies, user goals, and metrics related to product information.
* Create and maintain standards for website data and related processes
* Stay current with industry trends (including participating in outside courses and conferences) and incorporate contemporary technology and techniques into Swagelok's digital strategies.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Education: College Degree

Experience: 10 years work experience with a minimum of 5 years technology marketing experience developing, executing and managing integrated campaign and programs that drive deeper engagement with target audiences, increase visibility/awareness and are capable of driving differentiation. Proven track record of successful product information management and eCommerce success with measurable results.

Skills:

* Experience with Hybris/SAP Commerce, PIM, punch out or related eCommerce platforms
* Extensive knowledge of ecommerce technology
* Experience in the digital buyer's journey, including best practices for B2B ecommerce.
* Knowledge of personalized and contextual marketing and ecommerce journeys and how the two integrate with technology to improve and optimize the customer experience.
* Experience in managing multiple tasks of varying duration, difficulty and complexity.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
* A strategic and pragmatic thought process with a strong work ethic.
* A highly collaborative work style with the ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
* Collaborating with a broad group of stakeholders, including Marketing, Communications, Pricing, Customer Service, Engineering and other Product teams to ensure the Digital roadmap is aligned across business units.
* Provide input to project plans, risk assessment, and project schedules for cross functional teams and domains.
* Facilitating cross functional, cross channel team meetings to drive strategy creation to multi-phase, multi-year program execution.
