Loss Mitigation - Support-W442965

Description

Assists with loss mitigation modification closing process by reviewing modification and liquidation workout documents for compliance, completeness and accuracy. Obtains missing information, prepares files, and provides support to internal and external customers. Follows up with loan modifications and liquidations packages and ensures processes are followed according to policies and procedures and investor guidelines. Other responsibilities may include, providing daily payment posting instructions for all active Loss Mitigation accounts (e.g. Trial Plans, Forbearance Plans and Repayment Plans), monitoring and charge off of corporate advance fees and filing post modification claims.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

• High school diploma
• 2+ years experience in an administrative high volume, detail oriented production environment
• Prompt and excellent follow up and documentation skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and able to meet deadlines
• Personal computer knowledge including proficiency in Word and Excel are required

Preferred Requirements:

2 years experience in loss mitigation/originations processing/loan administration or call center environment
