Associate, Corporate Finance Group - Atlanta, GA-W443533

Description

The Associate in the Corporate Finance Group is an Individual Contributor with oversight of Analysts' workflow. Effectively works with Partners and Sales teammates. Role requires very little oversight and direction. Responsible for modeling and analysis execution and development. Also develops transaction proposal, analysis, and screening document preparation. Participates in client calls, along with the client planning process, and provides strategic perspective to business partnerships in order to design and implement initiatives to drive business performance. Makes effective recommendations and drive initiatives for improvement.

Qualifications

Required:

• BA/BS degree along with strong knowledge of banking, market or industry sector.

• 3 years of related financial services work experience since graduation from an undergraduate program.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA degree and experience mentoring/coaching.
