Teammate Enablement Manager-W443266

Description

The Teammate Enablement Manager will focus on designing and implementing industry leading Teammate readiness strategies for End User technology tools and services. Works closely with stakeholders to analyze, define, enhance, and implement enablement services impacting Teammate ability to gain the most from our technology offerings. This individual plays a key role in shaping the perception of the capabilities and services provided by the End User Services division. The Teammate Enablement Manager leads efforts to support Teammate Readiness and the Teammate Experience as follows:
- Work with End Users and stakeholders to recognize and bring forth new End User requirements
- Collaborates with partners to develop teammate training materials.
- Develops and distributes communications in support of end user technology
- Develops, reviews, and distributes self-service knowledge resources
- Develops, analyzes, and reports on improving the teammate experience with end user technologies and services
- Develops continued use of the End User Onsite technology center
- Develops and recommends End User Technology Showcase content
- Provides end-to-end oversight for End User Request services

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field
• 3 years work experience including the use of specific analytics tools relative to the work area, such as MS Office and industry-specific software/systems
• Professional communication and project management skills
• In-depth understanding of the business unit's functioning
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize and draw conclusions from variant information sources
• Demonstrated excellence in analysis, change management, project management, negotiation, persuasion

Preferred Skills:
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- 2+ years training experience to include instructional design, class facilitation,and writing content material for adult learners.
- Understanding of banking and voice of teammate (customer)methodologies.
- Proven abilities to think strategically and to drive strategic change.
- Ability to execute on a project and define realization factors proving the success of the project.
- Proven ability to make decisions and prioritize competing initiatives.
- Highly developed verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
