Description

Develop and manage a comprehensive website for client facing teammates that provides a "One-Stop-Shop" for consumer lending information, tools, training/refreshers, videos, webinars, coaching and teammate huddle materials, printable desk top materials, marketing materials, knowledge assessments and procedures. A site that will support the expanding ways teammates learn, digest information, access tools and become more proficient in offering lending solutions. Manage the various sales channel consumer lending training programs for new hires and next level development, ensuring a high level of effectiveness for teammates across multi-generations.

Responsibilities:

- Develop a dynamic, high quality interactive Teammate Resource for Center Consumer Lending. Lead with Home Equity and Direct Lending and incorporate all of the Consumer Lending LOB's into the site. This will be the proto-type for all consumer products to eventually join. Work with external vendors to develop and design the site, content, reporting and some tools.

- Manage the Resource Center for Consumer Lending, providing interactive tools, resource materials, webinars, video clips, assessments and other dynamic mediums to support the client facing teammate recommend lending solutions to our clients. Ensure the center continues to evolve to provide effective access to information and tools to support the delivery of lending solutions by our teammates. Some tools may also be client facing.

- Work with STU, the different Sales Channels including, Retail, CCC, Premier, PWM and Mortgage and Consumer Lending Channel and Communications managers to ensure a high quality, interactive consistent training is provided to all client facing teammates. Provide sales teammates the ability to effectively recommend lending solutions to our clients, within all required regulations and sales protocols. This will include all Consumer Lending products and the integration of the Resource Center tools and information mediums within those training programs.

- Inter-connect the Resource Center with the existing and new training for new hires and continued growth learning opportunities for all Sales Channels as a key element to provide dynamic tools, learning reinforcement, assessments and further lending education growth.

- Engage with legal, compliance and risk partners as appropriate to ensure the delivery of the Teammate Resource Center, client facing tools and lending solution training are appropriate within the requirements of laws, regulations and corporate tolerances that govern the business.

- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

- Strong proven communication and writing skills

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with Senior and Executive Management and

manage large projects across diverse teams

- Effective time management

- Ability to identify, research, and resolve problems independently

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with providing adult education/training and instructional design

- Experience with different sales channels, including large Retail groups, Call Centers, and differentiated service groups

- Experience working with vendors to develop and provide significant services

- 7 years of experience in Consumer Lending or related financial banking field with applicable product, sales and regulatory knowledge

- Understanding of website design and technology interfaces to offer various mediums.
