Branch Quality Control Team Lead- Florida-W438086

Description

Manage a small team of Branch Quality Control Analysts and execution of associated activities for geographical territory. Ensure LOB compliance with policy, procedures, operational controls and regulatory requirements. Ensures quality execution, productivity, standards and improvements are made where necessary and remediation follow-up is accomplished per internal/external operational risk review findings. Conducts and/or participates in productivity reviews, best practices analyses, process improvement studies, organizational analysis, metrics development and service partnership agreements. Partners with compliance, risk and other internal areas to ensure all related requirements are integrated into processes as necessary. May participate in pilot testing and assessments of new products and process changes. Educates teammates on quality and process management techniques. LOBs supported include Consumer and PWM.

Position will require 75% travel in and around Florida.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience. 4 years experience working in the area of quality assurance and process. Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent analytic capabilities, communication skills, problem solving and project management skills. Demonstrated ability to develop partnerships, and persuade and negotiate solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous supervisory experience. Comfort level with 75% travel in and around Florida. Operational risk and process minded. Demonstrated ability to analyze data and understand and workflows. Excellent critical thinking skills, collaboration, influencing and communication skills. Strong computer skills and technical aptitude in how systems interact and support the area internally and externally. Understanding of drivers of organizational and individual behaviors and how best to engage contributors at various levels of the organization. Experience formulating priorities to deliver effective tactical and strategic solutions. Ability to work with large cross functional groups. Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent analytic capabilities, communication skills, problem solving and project management skills. Demonstrated ability to develop partnerships, and persuade and negotiate solutions.
