Practice Management Consultant - Private Wealth Management (Location to be determined)-W441744

Description

Operates as an extension of Private Wealth Management (PWM) sales managers to implement sales and service best practices. Delivers 1:1 and group coaching on topics including:

- Leverage management reporting to target opportunities

- Focus on adoption of ADM, SummitView utilization, and adoption of Advisor Desktop toolset

- Advisor marketing and client acquisition strategies, including eComm, LinkedIn, client events, Leads

- Assist new teammates (ex. Financial Advisors) in PWM in organizing practice and leveraging SunTrust resources

- Assist managers and advisor teams in creating partnership efficiencies

- Drive compliance with Fiduciary Standard

- Coordinates with Insurance, AMC, Credit and other product teams

- Promotes IAG best thinking

- Coaches to optimal gearing ratios and services standards

Engages with Head of Business Development and team to develop metrics and reporting to support practice management coaching.

Will perform services for all sales channels of Private Wealth Management and may also engage Premier and Branch teammates/managers in select coaching opportunities.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years experience in wealth management sales or sales management
- Series 7 and 65 license
- Proven ability to influence sales teammates and managers to adopt best practices
- Proven strong leadership/coaching experience
- Compliance knowledge

Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or higher education
- Knowledge of Advisor Desktop/SummitView tools
