Talent Management Consultant-W442586


This role is responsible for leading the strategy and programs related to Talent Reviews. This role will collaborate and consult with other Talent and COE practice leaders, HRBP's and business leaders to integrate with related HR processes, tools and programs. He/she is responsible for oversight, management and outcomes for the organization's talent review program which includes building the strategy, process and tools, communicating to key stakeholders, and measuring short and long term outcomes. This role will be responsible for designing and executing on the processes and tools needed to effectively conduct Talent Review and Succession Planning electronically. Key activities include: strategy design, refining the calibration process for managers and HRBP's, and partnering with other COE's to ensure alignment of communication, tools and training for managers and HRBP's. This role will also support the Succession Planning process through talent review tools and process alignment. He/she will be responsible for providing summary metrics/presentations for Executive and Board of Directors meetings as needed. Additional responsibilities include leading our Executive Coaching practice among critical Talent related initiatives.


Minimum Requirement:

• Bachelor degree in business, psychology, human resources or related field.
• 5 years experience broad consulting with business leaders in human resources and/or talent management.
• Broad leadership experience to include consulting and strategy creation.
• Experience leading talent development initiatives.
• Demonstrate the ability to identify what's valuable to the business in the area of career development and create a strategy that directly drives business outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills that demonstrate the ability to articulate progress and results clearly to all level of leadership.
• Highly collaborative professional who can drive partnership, alignment, and communication across functional lines and across the enterprise.
• Organizational savvy and professional presence with ability to build solid working relationships at all levels, and particularly with corporate leadership and peer level colleagues
