Consumer Client Advocacy Project Manager - Atlanta, GA-W440641

Description

The Consumer Client Advocacy Project Manager is responsible for supporting the project management needs of the Consumer Banking Client Advocacy Office. Manages highly complex business projects and facilitate cross-functional teams to achieve appropriate results. Defines project scope and objectives. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, resource plans, and status reports. Provides analytical guidance to project team and other project managers. Provides review, oversight approval, and management of project tasks and dependencies. Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices. Uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions. Develops business requirements for new reporting capabilities. May provide guidance to other team members.

Expert knowledge of the business unit and related industry. Experience on project teams. Experience managing a segment of the project work. Demonstrated ability to achieve desired results. Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with 3-5+ years work experience preferred. Experience with the MS Office Suite of products - Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, Outlook, and Visio. Previous project management experience with certification preferred. Previous experience working in a financial institution. Experience with formal project management and workflow tools such as Visio and Project. Experience working with both agile and waterfall development methodologies
