CIB Analyst - Restructuring and Distressed Advisory-W441925

Description

Works closely with senior CIB professionals. Performs assigned duties, including but not limited to, due diligence, document processing, financial modeling, statistical analysis, research, and presentation development.
May assist in training and directing the work of junior Analysts. Follows all risk related practices and policies.

- -Assist in development of group infrastructure, including engagement letters, court engagement filings, pitch materials, new business screening tools

- -Identify and analyze potential new business opportunities

- -Manage key aspects of distressed advisory engagements

- -Advise corporate clients on all aspects of distressed advisory including restructurings (both in and out of court), distressed buy side and sell side M&A, distressed capital raise, and review of other strategic alternatives for companies facing financial challenges

- -Participate in client meetings and complex negotiations

- - Build complex financial models analyzing valuation, debt capacity and financial feasibility under various scenarios.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

- BA/BS degree

- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail

- Solid leadership and interpersonal skills

- Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

- Strong written and oral communication skills

- 2 years of related work experience since graduation from an undergraduate program

Preferred Requirements:

3 years of related work experience since graduation from an undergraduate program
