Job Description

Monitors, collects, and analyzes software and data for quality and/or investor/internal reviews. Focuses efforts on testing application and improving project delivery. Documents quality issues and associated risk to which business process is subject. Ensures compliance with regulatory and/or investor requirements. Serves as Subject Matter Expert for quality issues and associated risk to which business process is subject.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent. 4 years' work experience in a back office operations area or customer service/call center environment. Strong communications skills. Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite. Demonstrated ability to use analytical skills to monitor, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend improvements related to the businesses quality principles.
