Trust Real Estate Specialist, Private Wealth Management (Orlando, FL)-W441579

Description

Responsible for maintenance of all files, data entry, general ledger entries, processing, documentation, trouble shooting and problem resolution for accounts in the Personal Trust, Commercial Trust, Trust Tax, Retail Investments, Real Estate, Retirement Services and/or Trust Operations areas.. Duties are most complex such as tax preparation, customer contact for problem resolution, and solving complex problems; works independently; may supervise junior staff.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: PC skills including MS Office products and ability to learn other computer software applications. 4 years prior clerical/administrative experience with reporting and account reconciliation.

Preferred Qualifications: 6 years clerical/administrative experience; ability to independently reconcile/resolve moderately complex account balancing issues; 2 wealth management support experience.
