Incentive Plan -Systems/Procedures Analyst-W441225

Description

The Incentive Testing Analyst in Sales Administration Client Services Support tracks and tests the validity of performance incentive data reporting. This position supports multiple Lines of Businesses/Channels. The Incentive Testing Analyst works with information gathered from official incentive plan documents and guides to analyze types of testing to occur, formulate test plans, write and execute test scripts and review validation for production reviews. This position requires Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills for use in development of complex spreadsheets and workbooks containing calculations to validate data captured from the multiple SunTrust legacy systems.

This role requires a diverse set of analytical and technical skills. In addition, this department is deadline oriented therefore requires that the Incentive Testing Analyst be versatile and can work in a changing environment, work against tight deadlines, be available for overtime and schedule changes based on workflow, and possess a strong work ethic. The Incentive Testing Analyst must have strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work with a team and as an individual, acute attention to detail, the capability to manage several tasks/projects simultaneously and above average computer and technical skills.

The Incentive Testing Analyst position will sit in Orlando, FL and may require overtime to include Saturday hours, during busy seasons.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications-

2+ years analytical experience in related field or department. Intermediate PC skills. Demonstrated problem-solving ability and initiative. Professional communications skills. Knowledge or experience related to the LOB or function.

Preferred Qualifications-

Previous incentive plan operations experience strongly preferred. Previous testing experience strongly preferred.. 4 or more years of analytical experience. Bachelor's degree or technical degree. ST systems exp. Incentive plan experience within financial services experience. Advanced Excel skills.
