Treasury and Payment Solutions Engagement Readiness Specialist - Atlanta, GA-W437049

Description

The Treasury and Payment Solutions Engagement & Readiness team is responsible for the development of impactful and relevant T&PS, Client, and partner readiness strategies and content to help drive sales effectiveness, client experience, and business results. Readiness solutions include communications, training, self-service learning and support, marketing, teammate engagement and change management.

Organizes, administers and tracks internal T&PS and client/teammate engagement and readiness programs. Prepares collateral and materials for T&PS constituents, develops schedules and assignments, visual aids, manuals, handbooks. Assists with the creation of product or service collateral materials.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of related education and work experience.
• 3 years of work experience in treasury or technical related training.
• Proficiency in related PC software, including Microsoft Office Suite, LiveMeeting, and WebEx, etc.
