Teammate Enablement Premier Learning Manager-W441100

Description

The Teammate Enablement Premier Learning Manager is responsible for the curriculum lifecycles supporting the Premier Banking job family within the Branch & Premier Channel, from business and learning strategy alignment, to managing the ongoing maintenance of all learning assets. Projects are aimed at accomplishing learning objectives, through the development and incorporation of effective, innovative, and engaging learning strategies/approaches.

- Functions as Premier Curriculum subject matter expert; liaison to Learning Solutions Partners and numerous cross-line of business/functional partners
- Drive relationships, service level agreements, collaboration, etc. with Private Wealth Management key partners (i.e. AD CRM Advisor Desktop / Salesforce Team, Financial Planning Team, Onboarding & Licensing Team, Supervisory Team, etc.)
- Responsible for the curriculum lifecycle supporting all premier roles, including leadership roles
- Alignment of business and learning strategies
- Comprehensive learning maps and career progression plans by role
- Curriculum development, to include introducing and incorporating innovative and engaging learning strategies/approaches
- Assessment and evaluation of feedback, performance, and results in comparison to learning objectives and expected outcomes
- Management of ongoing maintenance and sustainment of all learning assets and curriculum (e.g., web-based training, instructor-led training, job aids, QRGs, training videos, curriculum maps, etc.); obtaining and documenting necessary approvals; archiving
- Analysis and communication of training completion reporting
- Assists leadership in managing capacity (client-facing teammates/leaders, and Teammate Enablement)
- Plays integral role in Planning Phase of Teammate Enablement projects (i.e. identifying root cause(s), scope, setting strategy, building project plan, defining deliverables, determining success metrics, etc.)
- Ensures optimal mix of training methodologies and modalities
Develops teammate readiness materials and communications specific to Premier

Qualifications
- Required:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field

- 10 years work experience in the industry
- Demonstrated ability to develop and incorporate effective, innovative, and engaging learning

strategies and approaches aligned to business objectives

- Strong project management, instructional design, strategic thinking, consulting, influence,

negotiation, and communication skills

- Demonstrated excellence in analysis, leadership, and change management
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with Senior and Executive Management and

manage large projects across diverse teams

- Proficiency in related PC software, including Microsoft Office Suite, LiveMeeting, Skype, etc.

Preferred:
- 3 years of work experience in Consumer Banking and/or technical related training
- Proficiency in instructional design software and SharePoint
