Workplace Planner - Corporate Real Estate and Workplace-W440366

Responsible for the development of efficient and effective workplace solutions in accordance with business initiatives, real estate optimization strategies, workplace guidelines and CREW operating principles for a large, complex, dynamic component (approx. 2MM RSF) of the overall corporate (office)real estate portfolio. Activities include, though are not limited to:

• Local Client Business Partner
• Ensure services procured through CREW meet the needs of the clients within the framework of the bank's real estate guidelines, cost models and governance/compliance controls
• Partner with business segment / functional areas to develop and implement real estate plans and objectives that support the client's short and long term strategic objectives
• Project Lead - coordination and oversight of project implementation leveraging outsource partners
• Programming, planning and development of corporate workplace solutions
• Validating/establishing sponsorship, funding, timing expectations
• Facilitating cost estimating, funding approval, assembly of project team
• Design development
• Ensuring accuracy of database of record leveraging outsource partners
• Documenting annual space utilization

Requirements:

• 4 year degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
• 8 or more years of commercial real estate experience
• Willing to travel
• Overtime to support priorities and project schedules
• Experience working in a matrix management structure with outsource partners
• Ability to engage, inspire, and influence CREW teammates, outsource partners, project members and teammates at all levels of the bank
• Accreditations: NCIDQ, Certified or Registered Interior Designer

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

Education: 4-year degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture

Experience: 10 years in commercial real estate; management responsibilities

Accreditations: NCIDQ, Certified or Registered Interior Designer
