Supplier/Service Analyst, Private Wealth Management (Atlanta, GA)-W436959

Description

Serves as the liaison with the LOB/Functions and the Finance team relating to vendor oversight. Responsible for managing relationships with internal and external partners to ensure the delivered services and service components meet the needs of the stakeholders while meeting compliance objectives. Oversees development of related internal strategies, policies, processes, procedures, governance controls, measurements and reporting. Responsible for oversight of daily activities provided by internal and external service provider teams, monitoring adherence to service level expectations, evaluating process success, and managing alignment with governance.

Responsible for delivery of internal and/or external services and service components; including process engineering and management, relationship management, and/or financial and performance management. Oversees day-to-day activities, monitors internal and external service relationships to ensure quality of service delivery, client satisfaction, operational efficiencies and achievement of target cost savings. Manage small projects and coordinate work plans within larger projects or programs. Develop reporting and analysis that reflects the environment and managements needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• College degree or equivalent work experience.

• 3 years experience with integrated work streams, process development or vendor management.

• Excellent communication skills; effective at raising issues; problem solving; influencing and coordinating action resolution.

• Experience with key performance measure indicators such as SLAs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• College degree in accounting

• Knowledge about investment pool accounting, common trust fund accounting including NAV, income, and financial statements (desired)

• Knowledge of bank regulatory reporting (desired)

• Securities processing background including attributes of various types of securities (pricing, corporate actions, etc.) (desired)

• Excellent communication skills, oral and written

• Effective problem solving skills including research of new items

• Ability to work on complex subjects independently
