Job Description

Nurse Practitioner

Summit County is currently recruiting for a full-time Nurse Practitioner. Performs a variety of professional clinical duties related to implementing, coordinating and delivering technical public health nursing services and programs to county individuals, communities, and schools within the Summit County health district. Provides direct patient health care in clinics through diagnosis, prescription, and treatment of disease and medical conditions pertaining to women's health services and STD's. Perform related works as required.

Minimum Qualifications: Graduation from college with a Master's degree as a nurse practitioner or midwife (training in family/women's health) and two years experience in public health nursing or an equivalent of education and experience.

Special Qualifications: Must be a Licensed Nurse Practitioner in the State of Utah. Must be cardiopulmonary resuscitation certified. Must possess a valid Utah State driver's license.

Salary Range: $64,804.24 - $90,831.53/annually.
