Summit County Government's Summit Combined Housing Authority is seeking a well-qualified Program Coordinator to perform a variety of deed restricted real estate duties.

$1710.81 - $1881.89 Bi-weekly plus excellent benefits package.

The Summit Combined Housing Authority is currently seeking a regular, full-time Program Coordinator to perform a variety of technical and administrative duties in support of the SCHA and its Program Plan including as a transaction broker for deed restricted real estate sales. Other responsibilities include being a point of contact for applicants and homeowners of deed restricted units, new homebuyer education, processing housing applications, providing excellent customer service, greeting and helping SCHA walk-in clients, and other duties as assigned.


Must have the ability to understand housing restrictive covenants and HOA documents. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and have strong attention to detail, proven administrative skills, and both verbal and written communication skills. The candidate must have an Associate’s degree Certifications in business, real estate, community management, mortgage/lending, or other related field or an equivalent combination of experience, with at least one year of experience in a related field. An active Colorado Real Estate License is preferred. Candidate must have a valid Colorado Driver’s License and the ability to operate a motor vehicle.
