Area The Area Business Development Associate

Position Purpose

Our Business Development Associate supports our execution that fuels our sales engine as well as expertise in development and execution of successful programs required to continue the aggressive growth of the company. We provide training and support that teaches you the key skills necessary to optimize your success in offering concept based sales. In our case a robust suite of CLOUD based software used to manage our target market. We are the leading provider of internet solutions for the convenience, grocery, liquor and petroleum markets.

Our applications are based on 33 years' experience and designed to significantly impact profits. Our partnership allows us to aggressively market and support our products through a partnership network of 300 sales representative and 10's of 1,000s of active end user accounts.

The Area Business Development Associate for Smart C-Stores, LLC. (d/b/a Success Systems) will be expected to be aggressive, bold and motivated by money. The company's successful growth is driven by the ability to leverage a key partner relationship and execute a strategy that includes the organization of a network of 300 referral representatives who service 25,000+ of our target market. The right person will broaden the volume, revenue and capitalize on the recently launched partnerships / inside selling path to market, thus resulting in strong growth in market relationships. The Area Business Development Associate will be responsible for, and heavily focused on, all areas of generating revenue.

Position Requirements

The right person will have the following skills and attributes

  • Is attracted to sales because of the open ended income potential
  • Has the temperament to work the phones, is a good presenter of a postion, and can generate new business while developing relationships with a network of referral partners.
  • Sees the opportunity in offering our product penetration of 25,000+ partner accounts who our products are recommended.
We would like to see

  • Minimum prior sales experience preferably in non-commodity sales
  • Can discuss why innovative new business and product strategies will drive higher levels of revenue, market growth and profit
  • Ability to be a strong presenter of our applications both via the phone and screen share services
  • Enjoys the income and thrill of sales
  • Is analytical in nature
  • Very good automation and Microsoft office skills.
  • Can navigate effectively complex environments and buying processes.
  • Strong understanding or quick learner of the value of CRM solutions working knowledge of Microsoft CRM a plus but not a prerequisite
  • Very strong keyboard skills
  • Windows 7, 8 and/or 10 and Office suite skills
  • Enjoys working in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Can demonstrate very strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated and outgoing personality possessing high energy
  • Fully committed to the concept that performance is judge by revenue generated.
  • Understands the value of being part of a growing organization in the long term

Job Type: Full-time - Working daily from Norwalk, CT offices

Salary and Income: $65,000.00 to $100,000.00 1st year plus full benefit and 401K package
