Job Description

Role: Sr. Sales Director
Duration: Regular, Full Time

Reports to:

  • SVP, Sales


  • Lead Generation
  • Sales Pursuits
  • Win Plans and Pursuit Closing Process
  • New Customers and Existing Account Expansion
  • All Sales Strategy and Proposals for given opportunities (with Support of Solutions and Services)
  • Revenue and Pipeline Achievement to Quota

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Sales Ownership - General
  • Lead generation
  • Sales Pursuit Management
  • Win Plan Management

Required Skills and Experience: 

  • Experience in selling Solution-based IT Services in the Retail industry
  • Ability to achieve/exceed quotas despite obstacles
  • Very strong new client acquisition and relationship management skills
  • Ability to manage production and execution of sales Pursuit Plans and Win Plans
  • Strong desire to compete and win in sales pursuits
  • Ability to communicate effectively at various levels of a customer organization to win a deal.
  • Experience in working in a dual shore environment specifically for service delivery, coordination and overall program management
  • Experience in establishing, managing and enhancing customer relationship with key stakeholders in all accounts
  • Ability to produce very high quality sales materials
  • Experience managing multiple large pursuits and active accounts concurrently from client relationship management and business growth perspective
  • Self-starter - have a history of initiating, leading and winning major business
  • Very strong customer service and written/oral communications skills
  • Strong people management and interpersonal skills
  • Extensive travel and personal Commitment to objectives required
  • Knowledge of Oracle/Point of Sale/E-commerce are all very positive strengths
