What you will do

* Shadow Sales Associates, Sales Representatives, Team Members to gain insight into all aspects of Branch responsibilities
* Assist Team Members in warehouse - assembling and breaking down instrument kits, preparing products for surgery, tracking inventory, maintaining records and assisting in the timely delivery and pick up of sets.
* Learn selling skills, processes and instrument use techniques through coaching/mentoring support from Sales Managers, Representatives and Associates
* Surgical observation as appropriate
* Assist Sales and Field Operations teams with special projects as assigned.
* Participate in business planning with leadership
