Job Description

Stoddard NLA, LLC, celebrating It's 60th Anniversary in Business this year has an immediate opening for an experienced Office Manager. Stoddard is known World Wide for its parts sales for Classic Porsche Automobiles.

Essential Functions

-Understanding of light Manufacturing and worldwide distribution of product

-Accounting: Maintains General Ledger, understands invoice processing, and manages accounts payable and receivable

-Human Resources: Manages the new Hire Process, maintains compliance and manages employee records

-Ability to work in both a team setting as well as ability to function in a small staff environment

-Works with in-house Tech Person to keep office equipment in working order

Qualifications:

-High School Diploma, with a minimum of 5 years experience in office work

-Demonstrate planning and organizational skills

-Ability to work in both a team setting as well as ability to function in a small staff environment

-Ability to deal effectively and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the performance of duties, including all other employees

-Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
