Job Description


* Teaching responsibilities will include General or Organic Chemistry lecture and/or laboratory sections at the introductory level.
* Teaching load is 12 teaching credit hours per academic year, with lecture courses carrying 4 teaching credit hours and laboratories 2 teaching credit hours.
* Evening teaching responsibilities are possible.

Qualifications for Instructor Level:

* ABD or Master's degree in Chemistry or related area required for appointment as instructor.

Qualifications for Assistant Professor Level:

* A Ph.D. in Chemistry or related field is required for appointment as an Assistant Professor.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Teaching experience in introductory courses of General and Organic Chemistry is a plus.
