The position will require working collaboratively with a small, engaged, creative and agile team. This team optimizes goal-oriented development focused on delivering high-value software capabilities. Our small team size favors the generalist who enjoys working in a variety of software development areas from UI to testing frameworks to algorithm development.

Job Responsibilities include:

* Creating, collaborating and documenting new and complex software designs.
* Providing peer feedback on other's designs and code and receiving the same on yours.
* Implementing new features and algorithms to enhance our products and delight our customers.
* Continuously improving the quality of our product via upstream code analysis and downstream automated testing and defect correction.



* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering, or currently in the process of obtaining a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
* Knowledge of software system design.
* Proficient in developing high quality C and C implementations in an embedded product.
* Strong technical documentation skills.
* Strong analytical skills.


* MS degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
* Familiarity with software architecture, patterns and coding guideline best practices.
* Firm understanding of object oriented design, experience with both Windows and Linux development and proficiency with multiple programming languages (C#, C , Python, Perl, Java, JavaScript, familiarity with functional programming is a plus).
* Experience with optimization and debugging tools and techniques.
* Background in communications or T& M industries.
