State Farm Agent is seeking a highly motivated individual to join their winning team for the role of Sales Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member.

Responsibilities and Duties


  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

  • Market to referral sources, network and build relationships to develop lead sources to meet marketing goals.

  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred

  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer

  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers 

  • Achieve mutually agreed upon marketing and sales goals 

    Qualifications and Skills


  • Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)

  • Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)

  • History of successful sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred

  • Autonomy

  • Critical thinking skills

  • Computer skills

  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred 

  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening 

  • Self-motivated

  • Base Salary plus Commission Schedule

Required licenses or certifications:

 

  • Property and Casualty License

  • Life and Health Insurance
