Your Opportunity

We are seeking an intern to support our New Mexico Water business on a project specific basis. This role will support our local design staff with water resource planning; design; collecting and organizing data, preparing calculations, preparing charts and graphs, modeling, preparing drawings, backcheck drawing/technical memoranda corrections, writing portions of technical memoranda, researching technical information, client interactions, presentations, note taking, field investigations, coordinating production of reports, and support of design documents (plans and specifications).

The Intern will report to the Senior Principal in the New Mexico Water Business. The Intern will also have a reporting relationship with the New Mexico Project Technical Lead for day-to-day activities and career development and Project and Task Manager(s) when supporting project work.

Your Capabilities and Credentials

* Versatility, flexibility, and willingness to work within the team.

* Must be willing and able to take initiative when needed.

* Good MS Office skills including Word and Excel; PowerPoint a plus.

* Experience in AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D a plus.

Education and Experience

* Currently enrolled in college/university and/or on summer break between semesters.

* Minimum 3.0 GPA. This GPA must be maintained throughout the internship.

* Minimum 150 hour total commitment to an assigned project.
