JOB SUMMARY

The HR Manager position is a high visibility, high impact role with responsibility to provide the full range of day to day and project HR support for the Global Marketing employee base. Primary responsibilities include partnership with several VP's, employee relations, performance management, data reporting & analysis, benefits & compensation, training & development, talent acquisition, and tactical support of ongoing employee needs. The successful candidate will participate in and lead projects related to engagement, retention, diversity & inclusion, and other HR initiatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

* Act as a primary point of contact and support to the Global Marketing employee base, providing guidance, service, information, problem-resolution, or channeling to appropriate center of excellence for support.
* Partner with VP's to create and execute strategic HR plans around talent, and talent development.
* Work with people Managers end-to-end on employee relations cases, providing full-service coaching and management on a variety of cases, including performance management, FMLA, Flexible Work Arrangements, etc.
* Process employee actions and updates in HRIS systems, including promotions, terminations, bonus awards, organizational changes, etc.
* Provide ongoing support for departmental reporting needs, including data analysis and recommendations.
* Partner with HR colleagues globally to drive consistent, strategic HR initiatives
* Work with Manager, employees and Legal counsel to navigate and manage Immigration cases.
* Guide the interpretation and application of company policies in compliance with state and federal requirements.
* Drive staffing activities including partnership with Managers and Talent Acquisition, candidate interviewing, and facilitation of new hire orientation and on-boarding activities.
* Manage and execute the intern program, as well as the Stanley Leadership Program and associated employee rotations. Provide both guidance and execution, identifying opportunities to enhance these programs.
* Format, develop and finalize PowerPoint presentations and other communication materials for use across groups.
* Lead ongoing employee engagement activities; drive new ideas into the business, support the year-round engagement strategy, and provide execution support on assigned projects.
* Drive and execute the diversity and inclusion strategy, including participation in Employee Resource Groups and influencing employee base to engage in D&I activities.
* Assist the HR VP with organizational development, planning and creation of HR processes to build organizational capability for the Division.
* Other projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor's Degree required (prefer HR, Business, or related field).
* Minimum 8-10 years HR generalist experience, including recruitment, employee relations, data reporting & analysis, and execution of tactical HR activities.
* Excellent customer focus and ability to provide timely follow-up and follow-through.
* Ability to navigate the unknown, finding information, answers and solutions by navigating internal and external channel. Executive presence, professional demeanor, and strong business acumen.
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
* High self-motivation and strong organizational skills.
* Experience in a global environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and HRIS software.
