The intern experience also includes networking and development to grow your connections, participate in community service events and have fun with your team.

We offer a formal program for those looking to expand both personally and professionally. Our Stanley Black & Decker Leadership Program (SLP) is a comprehensive, competency-based global career experience designed to develop the next generation of our leaders.
