Overview

St. Luke's is looking for enthusiastic BSN New Graduate Nurses who are ready to start their RN career in our top-notch residency. We are currently accepting applications for New Graduate Nurses who will obtain their BSN degree by the end of August 2020.

If you are obtaining your BSN this Winter, the posting will be available September 1, 2020.

St. Luke's has established our Nurse Residency Program to further develop your abilities as a nursing professional and to better equip you with essential skills to thrive in your role. We hire new graduates directly out of their BSN program, place them into permanent positions throughout our health system, and mentor them during their first year.

Upon selection for an RN role with one of our units, you will automatically be enrolled in the Nurse Residency Program and join a cohort of other new nurses. You will have the opportunity to build relationships, develop your clinical and leadership skills, and find your space among the St. Luke's family.

Registered Nurse - New Graduate Nurse Residency

There are several units in our Treasure Valley hospitals who will be considering new graduate RN's to join their team. The Registered Nurse is responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care. RN's plan, implement, and document nursing care based on patient's needs. Orientation and training will be individualized by unit.

Treasure Valley locations include:

* Boise Hospital
* Meridian Hospital
* Nampa Hospital
* Elmore Hospital
* Fruitland Emergency
* McCall Hospital

Required Criteria

* Bachelors of Nursing Degree (obtained by end of August 2020)
* RNs with less than 1 year of experience, at the time of hire into the RN position, must have graduated from an accredited nursing program (ACEN - Accreditation Commission of Education in Nursing, CCNE - Commission of Collegiate Nursing Education)
* Current RN or GN licensure from the State of Practice (by start date)
