As a Facilities Business Analyst Intern, you can expect to:

* Develop, integrate, analyze and maintain the budget/schedule baseline for a statement of work, direct cost or overhead pool.
* Analyze risk assessments and create contingency/recovery plans for budget/schedule owners.
* Communicate with senior management and other customers on cost, schedule and budgeting issues.
* Reconcile data discrepancies in cost charging.
* Update forecasts for a statement of work or team, possibly with cross enterprise coordination.
* Compile data from multiple sources to develop reports to meet internal process reviews, contractual requirements and regulatory agency requirements.
* Collect and document requirements for processes improvement, new tool enhancement and training.
* Determine root cause on tooling issues and recommend solutions.
* Assist with project startup by developing work breakdown structures and responsibility assignment matrices. Gain real-world practical and leadership skills

through challenging hands-on opportunities.

* Connect with subject matter experts, mentors and decision makers.
* Be a part of an intern cohort that enjoys organized social, recreational and volunteer activities.


* You must be enrolled full time in a university degree program aligned to the area of internship.
* You must be a current sophomore, junior, senior or graduate student in good standing with at least a 3.0 GPA (on a 4.0 scale).
