Job Description

We've been here for more than 30 years, and here we grow again! Spectrio is seeking a CAM (Channel Account Manager) to join our team! You will offer location based marketing applications and solutions to drive company revenue. This is a full time, salaried + commission role.

Position Overview

The Channel Account Manager (CAM) wins, maintains, and expands relationships with assigned channel partners. Assigned to channel partners based on geography, channel, or market, the CAM is responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and partner recruitment objectives.

The CAM represents the entire range of company products and services to assigned partners though may focus on a specific solution or product set if focused in a partner vertical market.

The CAM reports to the Chief Revenue Officer.

As a CAM, you will increase resellers' awareness and position our products and solutions. You will cultivate positive relationships with resellers to maintain front-of-mind brand awareness. You are confident and engaging in presenting technical solutions to decision makers, sales, professionals, and technical experts, ultimately helping to increase Spectrio sales.

Key Responsibilities & Attributes for Success:

Responsible for lead generation and pipeline development

The CAM must develop a solid understanding of value proposition and be able to translate the value proposition into both written and oral communications with resellers

Candidates must possess the ability and confidence to engage partners, evoke interest in products and solutions, qualify and disqualify potential customers, think quickly on their feet, and apply value propositions to specific customer scenarios and a variety of buyers

Align with Inside, Outside and Strategic Sales Teams to drive demand, qualify new leads and set sales appointments

Establish an ongoing outbound lead development cadence of prioritizing contacts, and contacting them through a coordinated outreach of email, phone and social media

Establish regular cadence to coordinate with partners and management to provide an extended layer of support to drive new sales opportunities, schedule appointments in calendar, and provide follow-up, hand-off, and feedback.

Capture and enter all lead generation activity into CRM, and report on lead and stage development, forecasting and pipeline velocity as well as key market/segment intelligence Serve as a daily point of contact on-site to drive the day to day relationships and increase Spectrio Buy-in by consistently articulating the Spectrio Value Proposition

Develop and maintain effective relationships of influence with key resellers

What's required to be considered?

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Two or more years' experience selling or educating others on a branding product or solution

Experience with in one or all the following segments Enterprise/SMB/Healthcare/Financial/Retail preferred

Engaging presentation and training skills, with the ability engage audiences and capture mindshare

Excellent sales skills with the ability to apply a variety of sales techniques and demonstrated ability to achieve quota

Experience in a channel sales environment

Knowledge of small business networking technology

Tech savvy with a passion for innovative and emerging technology

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships of influence

Strong time management and organization skills with the ability to multi-task and effectively manage priorities to achieve results

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Spectrio Apps
