Interested in Working in the Natural Gas Industry? Entry Level Pipeliner Waterville, OH.

Responsibilities/Job Description: In this entry level position, you will perform semi-skilled mechanical and manual work on equipment at compressor stations and natural gas facilities throughout the regional underground pipeline system. As an Entry Level Pipeliner, you must be willing to work overtime, weekends, shift, be called on standby, and travel overnight as required. The successful candidate must be able to perform physically demanding activities in all weather conditions.

Basic/Minimum Qualifications: Successful completion of the pre-employment physical and written assessments Valid Drivers License High School Diploma/general educational development. Must reside within 30 miles of the assigned facility.

Responsibilities/Job Description: As an Electrical Controls Technician Trainee your duties and responsibilities will consist of: learning to inspect, maintain and trouble-shoot natural gas compressor station electrical, control and auxiliary equipment which includes: pneumatic, electrical, electronic and PLC (Siemens and Allen Bradley preferred) based prime mover control systems UPS systems, medium voltage electrical distribution and motor control equipment, and plant auxiliary equipment such as data acquisition and compressed air systems.

Basic/Minimum Qualifications: Associates Degree in a relevant technical field, or a related degree Must possess a valid drivers license Must reside within 30 miles of the assigned work location.

Desired Qualifications: One to four years of work experience as an Electrical and/or Controls Technician, Electrician or equivalent job knowledge. Working knowledge of operations used in the maintenance and repair of electrical and controls equipment and working knowledge of NFPA 70 and NFPA 70E.
