Job Description

What's next in music happens on SoundCloud first. As the world's largest open audio platform, SoundCloud is powered by a connected community of creators, listeners and curators who share, discover and influence what's new, now and next in music and audio.

We're now on the lookout for an Intern Learning & Organisational Development to join us in this mission. In this role you will be supporting the Senior Manager L&OD and the People Team with all related tasks and projects.


* Support with People Processes including Performance Management and Promotions
* Support with Engagement Survey delivery and analysis
* Support with Learning & Development Programs, the SoundCloud Coaching Program and the creation of potential new programs
* Support with L&OD initiatives/projects in the field of team development
* Support with data analysis and innovation
* Support with any other L&OD related tasks, events and administration


You have completed your academic degree (B.A or M.A.) in Organisational Psychology, Organisational Behavior, Business degree with a focus on HR or any related field and ideally you have already gained some work experience in the field. You are looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic international environment where you can learn and develop your skills. You are excited about helping us further develop our L&OD practices while sharing our passion for people and their development.

We are looking for an engaged person with the ability to learn quickly and adapt easily to a fast changing environment. Hereby you focus on an open communication, are proactive, comfortable being hands-on and you embrace new challenges with enthusiasm.
