Job Description

Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC seeks Director, PSN Global Service Operations in San Diego, CA to be responsible for network operations center (NOC), incident management, change management, event management, production operations engineering, & tools management.
 
Requirements: Bachelor’s in any field or equivalent, & 5 years of progressively responsible experience creating & implementing global services operations charter for system availability improvement. Prior experience must include 5 years of progressively responsible experience implementing early detection of issues & effective incident triage processes; implementing IT Service Management tools to cover core IT services operations; developing, implementing & devising technical operational strategies; performing fact-finding, business & engineering analyses, & the establishment of KPIs to monitor system & service quality; & working with internal & external stakeholders for global engineering & business operations functions.
