Character Artist Intern

San Diego, CA

Responsibilities:

* The Character Artist Intern will be supporting all the various character art related aspects of our studio. Primary responsibilities include assisting with 3D scanning of characters and props, processing 3D scan data and assisting with model and texture work for 3D scanned characters

Qualifications:

* A deep understanding of ZBrush, Maya and Photoshop is required.
* We are looking for artists with a portfolio showing a deep understanding of human shape and anatomy in the form of 3D sculpts and traditional artwork.
* Experience with photogrammetry scanning considered a positive.
* Communication: High degree of communication skill. Interns should be enthusiastic, communicative, and outgoing.
* Highly organized with a strong work ethic
* Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced game development environment
