Brecksville Area

Financial Advisor seeks an experienced administrative assistant to assist with the day to day operations of the business.

Responsibilities include:

Experience in the financial/insurance fields preferred

Ability to multi-task and oversee the daily operations of the business

Ability to set up processes to maximum office efficiency

Problem solve client issues, offer solutions and follow through with results

Become proficient in the processing system used for processing new and existing client paperwork.

Prepare for upcoming appointments

Input all paperwork into the system and monitor progression through final issuance.

Assist with marketing efforts and special projects

Assist with maintaining client files.

General office duties including answering phones, filing and organizing.


Self-starter capable of working with limited supervision.

Flexibility with job duties.

Detail oriented.

Computer literate. Experience with Outlook, Word and Excel a plus.

Competitive compensation based on experience. A Life &Health license and/or Series 6/7 is a plus. 26 hrs. average/week, part time position working 4 days per week.
