Job Description

Our Information Technology team is looking for a high energy problem solver, with great customer service skills to join our team. The Helpdesk Intern's primary role will be to solve day-to-day helpdesk tickets and assist employees with software and hardware problems

HELP DESK INTERN PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Support the Helpdesk Department by resolving employee ticket requests in a timely manner
* Willingness to help users from all over the world and occasional 24/7 support during off hours
* Ability to proactively solve problems, and predict trends from end users
* Work with the helpdesk department to diagnose end user issues that are company wide
* Provide Desktop and Mobile Support on platforms that include Mac, Windows, Linux

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or actively pursuing bachelor's degree.
* Must be self-motivated and be a self-starter
* Must have a willingness to quickly explore and learn new skills with support from senior members
* Excellent Customer Service Skills a Must
* Microsoft Exchange User Management
* Windows Active Directory User Management
* Ticket Prioritization
* Zoom Support/ Video Conferencing
* Desktop Support with proficiencies in Windows 10 + and Mac OSX
* Hardware and Peripheral Support
