Job Description

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Fully understand and demonstrate Six Flags culture, values and company policy
* Promote knowledge, understanding, and compliance with regards to company policy and relevant employment laws through coaching and presentation
* Data maintenance of information into the labor tracking system on a continuous basis as a partner to Labor Optimization and Payroll to ensure Team Members are paid accurately
* Process on boarding paperwork and maintenance of all Seasonal Employee Files on a daily basis
* Ensure all phone calls are handled in a prompt and courteous manner
* Facilitate and maintain recognition and rewards programs
* Assist with project work as needed to include training, research, and other projects that support the business
* Assist Park Leadership with coaching by providing requested support
* Support and implement initiatives to ensure a positive and healthy work environment across all Six Flags Team member.
* Aid other areas of HR, Security, IT, Loss Prevention, and other related functional teams in order to achieve goals
* All other tasks necessary to the operation of the Employee Services Office and Human Resources Department

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS:

* At least 18 years of age
* High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred
* At least 1 year of Theme Park experience or experience in a fast paced, high volume environment
* Be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
* Discrete approach to sensitive, confidential and complex employee relations issues
* Demonstrated strong written/verbal communication and facilitation/presentation skills
* Demonstrated problem-solving skills
* Ability to work flexible shift times for Days, Nights, Weekends, and some Holidays
* Intermediate Computer skills in Excel and Word

Strong sense of initiative and ability to work well with limited supervision

About Six Flags, Inc.

Six Flags, Inc. is engaged in operating regional theme parks. During the year ended December 31, 2007, the Company operated 20 parks. In April 2007, the Company sold seven parks.
