Primary Responsibilities

To sustain the growth of our multilingual operations in Lisbon, we’re currently recruiting a German International Recruiter to join our team of multilingual recruitment experts.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the main responsibilities are:

- Managing local and international recruitment processes;

- Implement global recruiting strategy (9 steps);

- Act as a point of contact and build influential relationships during the selection process;

- Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications;

- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, language skills, experience and aptitudes;

- Conduct interviews;

- On-board new employees in order to become fully integrated;

- Performing background checks and assuring all legal requirements and company policies are respected;

- Promoting the role of Human Resources inside the company, showing professionalism and being a positive influence at every occasion;

- Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”.

 

What we are looking for

University degree, preferably in Human Resources, or directly related work experience

Experience in Human Resources

Experience in Recruitment & Selection

Fluency in German (C2 mandatory)

Fluency in English (mandatory)

International experience (preferably)

Strong work ethic and high availability

Capacity to manage and prioritize tasks with autonomy

Good knowledge of MS Office and internet applications

Professionalism in presentation, language, and behavior

Team player who takes initiative and helps others

Optimism and positive attitude towards change
