Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative services support for individual or staff as assigned.
  • Creates or edits correspondence, maintains confidential files, compiles special reports, arranges appointments & serves as liaison with others.
  • Prepares presentations, meeting minutes, or proposals. May gather and research data to design and create reports.
  • May maintain calendars, plan/schedule meetings, book travel arrangements and complete expense reports.
  • Maintains inventory levels of office equipment and supplies.
  • Assists with special projects as assigned.


Education:  College graduate.


Experience Target:  2-3 years experience in general business operations and administrative support.



  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with good grammar/spelling.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and writing skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
