Our client is a leading supplier of imaging and optical products, leading the way in their sector.  Our client prides themselves on a products that help visualise and capture their creative and business needs in photo, print and more.

A favourite of professionals in our clients market, our client is looking to expand their service and market share by reaching out to these professionals directly. With this in mind, we are looking for a team of B2B Account Development Executives who will perform outbound, business development calls across cold and warm clients to drive commercial and market share growth for our client partner.

A day in the life of an Account Development Executive

  • Perform outbound calls to business customers for account management, account qualification exercises, simple sales, renewals and more
  • Create, build and improve business relationships daily which drive commercial results
  • Administer all customer records and databases following all contacts to ensure a seamless customer journey
  • Positively promote our clients brand and product information in your market
  • Liaise with field sales representatives and coordinators to convert all leads into confirmed sales
  • Upsell and/or cross sell all products and related services to business customers to ensure customers have all the support, products and services needed
  • Proactively generate business customer leads to expand our clients business portfolio
  • Liaise with customers via outbound calls, but also via webchat and customer call backs to ensure all contacts are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Accurately and professionally prepare correct sales orders and quotes to ensure customer confidence
  • Educate and inform all customers of contractual requirements related to business practices and purchases 

Job Summary

What we are looking for from you

  •  Strong sales acumen and skills in the B2B arena
  • Possess a high level knowledge of the B2B market landscape in your prospective and respective regions
  • 1-2 years successful experience in a direct sales/telesales environment
  • Expert customer relationship management, specialising in account development and retention
  • Proven experience of IT-hardware and software support services
  • An active interest in and deep understanding of the IT business landscape
  • Flexible and focused attitude to ‘getting the task done’, whilst contributing to a purposeful and meaningful team working environment
  • Native or bilingual proficiency in your assigned business region
  • Proficient English skills (C2 CEFR level of English) to best administer all bespoke systems and applications
  • Demonstrable and practiced influencing and negotiation skills
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced and challenging environment

Hours & Salary

Working Patterns are Monday to Friday between 08:00am to 16:30pm 

£25,350 base salary going up to £30,420 including OTE
